I've been working with AI since 2020: from training my own models with TensorFlow in Python, through the early public versions of ChatGPT, to today's Claude setup with custom workflows, plugins, skills and tools. I also work as a platform engineer, a job that teaches you to spot risks early, keep an eye on everything you run, and listen to the people who use your tools the most.

Noxiom exists because I kept seeing the same things everywhere. Client data pasted into free ChatGPT accounts, often because getting a tool approved is more complicated than just using one. Subscriptions quietly adding up. And no one really knowing where their data ends up. Keeping track of all of this is hard, and you can't do it while managing five other things.

So I made it my job. I look at what's actually happening across a team, write it down in words everyone can understand, and leave behind a plan you can run without me.
